Computers
Personal computers are available for patron use at all Branches as well as the Main Library. You must present a library card or other acceptable i.d. to reserve a computer.
Access to the Internet and word processing software is provided at all locations. Check with the library building’s staff for information about the other software that is available on their library’s computers. All computer use is by appointment, so you need to sign up to use any computers in the Library. You can do so by phone or in person. There is no charge for use of the computers.
Wi-Fi access: LPLS offers 802.11g wireless access in all buildings. In some buildings Wi-Fi access includes the ability to send print jobs to a network printer. Ask the staff for details on connecting or printing.
